Our state of the art measuring equipment features the Micro-Vu Vertex Measuring Center which gives us three dimensional measurement capabilities with incredible accuracy on the smallest part features.  Our other measuring equipment includes the Brown & Sharpe Tesa-Hite Electronic Height Gauge, electronic calipers, micrometers and a variety of custom go/no go gauges and fixtures.

The services provided by our QA Department include:

•      First article layout and inspection

•      Development of product specific quality plans

•      In-process and final inspection of products

•      Auditing of purchased materials and hardware

•      Collection and analysis of statistical data

We develop a unique quality plan for each of our products.  This quality plan is customized to address the dimensional and visual quality criteria that are critical to our customers.  All ITECH employees are trained to view products with a critical eye and an attitude of continuous improvement.
